Recommended up to 45min workout sessions (2 rounds of circuit) at least 3 times a week, as the first 15 mins of each workout is just a warm up...body does not actually burn enough fat).

Omni-Kinetic training is a combination of aerobic and
resistance training that increases the body use of oxygen & energy (in 45 min sessions). Each session:
300-600 calories for beginners
600-900 calories for experienced.
